Solar Grove Assistance is small business technology help that comes without an agency attached. You deal with the person doing the work, every time. Nothing gets passed to a junior, nothing gets explained back to you in language designed to make it sound harder than it is.
The work sits in the gap most small businesses fall into: too small to justify an IT department, too busy to spend a weekend figuring out which tool to buy. That gap is where a spreadsheet quietly becomes load-bearing, where someone stays late retyping numbers between two systems, and where good AI tools go unused because nobody had time to work out where they fit.
I come at it from the infrastructure side — a background in cloud and network engineering, a home server I run and maintain, and a habit of building small tools to solve problems I actually have. That matters less than the other half of it, which is that the hardest part of this work is rarely the technology. It is fitting a system to how people already work during a busy shift, and getting that wrong is how good tools end up abandoned.
